Proposed Ammendment. Congress shall make no law, nor shall
the states, regarding over what an individual does with or to their own
bodies and selves, or with or to those of other consenting adult
individuals, without adversely affecting others.
Localities might impose ordinances, but otherwise it's sex, drugs, and
rock n roll (but don't play so loud to disturb anyone else). Masturbation,
homosexuality, prostitution, personal drug use, eating fat, suicide, whatever,
really needs to be out of the long reach of the Federal and State governments.
Attempts to enforce these laws cause far more harm than good, so much harm
that these laws are the part of our society which is most in need of reforms.
Don't forget the whales, inhuman corporations, etc., but all of those harms
do not come close to the harms being caused by prohibitions, even just
the War on Drugs, which is destroying the very notion of limited government
throught the world.
